The world’s first automatic coin counting machines in history were invented by Kokuei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (now name GLORY LTD.) to the Mint Bureau, Ministry of Finance in Japan  in 1950. These machines were designed to increase efficiency in tellers in the Mint Bureau, Ministry of Finance and reduce human error. Later, in 1953, coin-counting machine for banks (the first domestically produced machine) are successful development and introduce in market. It is the pioneer currency processing equipment as a cornerstone of the product.

TC-210 coin counter is a compact machine designed to count the value of mixed coins quickly, with high-grade functions. Counting order for mixed coins. In case mixed coins are counted, you have to count in order from the biggest diameter coin. The electronic sensing technology assures high accuracy. Other features are pre-selectable bags stops, memory, automatic stop and off sort function for smaller coins. Electronic inductive sensor for accurate counting does not requires cleaning to maintain the highest accuracy.

TC-210A represents a very cost-effective concept of coin processing. It is mainly used for counting coins or tokens processes pre-sorted coins. The machine has a hopper with an automatic coin feed for a single denomination operation. The double-knob-adjustment allows simple setup. One setting of the knob is enough to select the proper denomination out of a maximum of 10 different denominations. Coins which are smaller by at least 0.5 mm than the present set denomination are off-sorted automatically. A memory allows the storage of the counted coins.
